Real Betis will be looking to get their top-four challenge back on track when they entertain La Liga strugglers Girona at La Cartuja on Sunday, November 23.
Los Verdiblancos lost some ground in the race for UEFA Champions League football after playing out to a 1-1 draw with Valencia on November 9.
Manuel Pellegrini's side have won just two of their last five games and find themselves five points adrift Atletico Madrid (4th) in fifth place.
Girona appear to be in for another arduous season as they've picked up just 10 points from their opening 12 matches which has yielded only two wins.
Michel's side narrowly avoided relegation in 2024-25 after finishing one point above the drop zone in 16th position and they're in the mix again this term.
A 1-0 victory over Alaves on November 8 did lift them off the foot of the table up to 18th spot, but goal difference keeps them behind Valencia (17th).
Michel admits their home form will be key to the Catalans' survival this season and believes it can be achieved if they remain unified as a squad.
"We need to think that we will all get out of this situation together. I need a team with personality and aggressiveness. We have to play our game and give it our all," the Spaniard said.
"Montilivi has to be an impossible stadium for opponents, they need to feel the pressure from our people."
