The Denver Nuggets will be looking to strengthen their playoff bid when they travel to the United Center for a meeting with the Chicago Bulls on the morning of Sunday, February 8.
The Nuggets have the fourth-best record in the NBA this season (33-17) and they sit third in the Western Conference standings with a three-game swing to Phoenix Suns (7th).
David Adelman's team have won six of their last 10 games, but a 121-111 loss to the West-leading Oklahoma City Thunder in February was their second defeat in the space of six days.
Denver's main stars struggled against the Thunder, with Nikola Jokic scoring just 16 points and Jamal Murray adding another 12 despite dishing out 12 assists.

Adelman was critical of the officiating in that game, claiming that referees make calls on Jokic that smaller players would get away with.
"Night to night, big guys are officiated different than small guys. It's just the truth," Adelman said.
"Different people that see the game in a different way... that has nothing to do with the outcome tonight. They beat us. We weren't good enough. We weren't detailed enough."
The Bulls have blown hot and cold this term, never winning more than five games in a row - a streak they achieved twice, in October and again in December.
Billy Donovan's team are 9-9 in the new year and their overall record is 24-26, placing them ninth in the Eastern Conference.

Chicago were no match for Miami Heat on February 2 as they trailed by as many 54 points at one stage before crashing to a heavy 134-91 defeat.
It was the third game in the space of four days between the Bulls and the Heat, with Coby White scoring a team-high 16 points for the hosts.
