Scottie Scheffler will be eager to win the
St. Jude Championship for the first time in his career when he tees off at the TPC Southwind.

The American superstar turned professional in 2018 and he has gone on to become one of the best golfers in the world, having won 22 tournaments.
Scheffler has clinched 17 titles on the PGA Tour, four golf majors, two Korn Ferry Tour events, as well as an Olympic gold medal.

The man nicknamed Himothy has been inactive since he competed in the 2025 Open Championship, where he was crowned champion.
Scheffler is currently placed at the top of the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR), a position he has held for over 100 weeks.

The bachelor's degree holder in finance is one of the most in-form golfers on the PGA Tour right now, having secured top 10 finishes in his last 10 tournaments.
Scheffler has won four events in the current season and he is a clear favourite to win this weekend's St. Jude Championship due to his consistency and current form.

“It’s a pretty special feeling. I grew up waking early watching this (The Open) on TV. It’s pretty cool to be standing with the trophy," Scheffler said after winning the 2025 Open Championship.
"It has been a great week, it was a ton of fun to play here and the course was in tremendous condition. I got to play with Shane (Lowry) and the support he got was really special.
"To my family, my wife and son, thanks so much for the support, I couldn’t do any of this without you. I can’t wait to get home and celebrate."
