World no. 3 Cameron Young is part of a strong field competing at the inaugural Cadillac Championship as the Trump National Doral hosts the PGA Tour for the first time since 2016.
The American is the second-highest ranked player at the signature event and one of eight in the OWGR top 10 trying to conquer the famed Blue Monster course.
Young's career has been on an upward trajectory since winning the Wyndham Championship in August 2025 - his maiden PGA Tour title - and he made his Ryder Cup debut one month later.
The 28-year-old claimed his second career win on the Tour at the Players Championship last month when he beat Matt Fitzpatrick by one stroke.
Young went on to impress at the Masters, where he shared the lead with defending champion Rory McIlroy going into the final round before eventually finishing two shots behind the back-to-back winner in T3.
That was his fourth top 10 this year and the 2022 Open Championship runner-up will be targeting an improvement after finishing T25 at the RBC Heritage most recently.
Young has attributed much of his success to his father, David, who served as director of golf at the Sleepy Hollow Country Club for a number of years.
"It's because of the PGA that he has had the job he had for the last many years," Young said. "Without that at Sleepy Hollow, I don't start playing at four years old or earlier.
"I don't have the access that I did growing up. I started playing in PGA junior events when I was nine, eight, something like that."
