Prima Pramac Yamaha’s Jack Miller will be hoping for greater speed and competitiveness when the 2026 MotoGP World Championship resumes with Round 4, the Estrella Galicia 0,0 Grand Prix of Spain, held from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 April.
Miller, a four-time MotoGP race winner, has yet to score a single point this season. He has not finished any of the Sprint races across the opening three rounds, while his Grands Prix results have been 18th, DNF and 16th in Thailand, Brazil and the United States respectively.

The main issue for Miller and Prima Pramac Yamaha teammate Toprak Razgatlioglu has been a lack of top-end speed. The Yamahas (also including the Monster Energy Yamaha factory team) have been on average 10km down on the top speeds set by the Championship-leading Aprilias.
This has made it extremely difficult for Miller, Razgatlioglu, Fabio Quartararo and Alex Rins to battle on an even footing – hence all four Yamaha men find themselves occupying spots in the bottom seven of the Riders’ standings.

“It's a working project. But we're keeping our head down,” said Miller, who won the 2021 Spanish Grand Prix while riding for Ducati.
“I was trying to fight there in the race but every time we open it up… You're like a lamb to slaughter a little bit. Getting the stickers peeled off you every time down the back straight.”
The Australian added, “We're working away at it and trying our best. Hopefully come Jerez we can be a little bit more competitive and we'll try to get better as the season progresses. It’s not through lack of trying.”
